Kim Zastrow

Kim Zastrow is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. As President and Chief Executive Officer of VITESSE Recruiting & Staffing, Inc. since 1999, Kim has led a 100% woman and minority-owned business, focusing on providing exceptional staffing solutions. Prior to this role, Kim served as CEO of Operations Toolbox Inc. from September 2016 to June 2021, where innovative risk and liability control strategies were implemented to optimize client results. Kim holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, earned between 1997 and 1999.
