Keith Ober

Keith Ober has extensive experience in quality assurance and management. Keith is currently the Director of Quality Assurance at Vitesse Systems, starting in December 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Custom Microwave, Inc., including Facility Security Officer and Director of Quality Assurance since October 2018.

Prior to that, Keith was the Quality Assurance Manager at Barber-Nichols Inc. from April 2016 to October 2018, where they were responsible for managing the QA department and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Keith also served as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Barber-Nichols Inc. from July 2014 to April 2016.

Keith worked for ULA - United Launch Alliance - Lockheed Martin & Boeing from January 2010 to August 2014, initially as a Quality Assurance Engineer contracted through VTR, Inc., and later as a full-time employee. Keith also worked as a Consultant at Verify from January 2010 to July 2012.

Keith's experience includes a role as a Consultant at Spirit AeroSystems from October 2008 to June 2009. Prior to that, they were a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer at Adam Aircraft from October 2004 to September 2008, where they designed and implemented quality processes and earned certifications.

Keith began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Capt from June 1992 to August 2004.

Keith Ober attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Factors Engineering and Psychology. Keith also obtained additional certifications, including ISO 17025 Lead Auditor in 2015 and AS9100 Lead Auditor in 2014.
