They have also founded their own companies, such as Talent Garden Pordenone and Laboratori Fabrici Srl. Their education histories are just as diverse, with degrees in International Relations and Diplomacy, Management, and Industrial and Product Design from universities such as Università degli Studi di Trieste, Università Bocconi, and Politecnico di Milano.
