Nonye Adebanjo (MCIPD)

Nonye Adebanjo, (MCIPD) currently serves as the Head of HR EMEA at Vitol, a leader in the energy sector, since August 2021. Prior to this role, Nonye held various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Head of Graduate Recruiting and Senior HR Business Partner within the Engineering and Technology divisions from July 2013 to July 2021. Nonye began the professional journey as an HR intern at Goldman Sachs in 2012 and also completed an internship in Human Resources at Guaranty Trust Bank plc in 2011. Nonye holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from the University of Warwick (2015-2017) and a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management from Aston University (2009-2012).
