Pascal Van der Sande has a diverse work experience in the sales industry. Pascal started their career as a Commercieel trainee at Sportcity from 2009 to 2011. Pascal then joined Haworth, first as an Account Manager from 2011 to 2016, responsible for an annual turnover of €3,000,000. Later, they became a Key Account Manager from 2016 to 2017, serving global accounts in the Benelux region. Subsequently, Pascal joined Vitra in 2017 and took on the role of Sames Manager Office, where they provided product knowledge and market assistance to selected partners. Pascal was then promoted to Head of Sales Office Market Netherlands in October 2018, overseeing a team of six members in various roles.
Pascal Van der Sande's education history includes a Senior Leadership Development Program at Nyenrode Business University from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & (Sport) Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
In addition to their formal education, Pascal has also obtained several certifications. In August 2023, they completed the Sparkks Management Coaching program at Sparrks. In December 2015, they obtained a certification in Business English from NIOW Taal- en tekstexperts. Furthermore, in March 2012, Pascal completed the Kantoor inrichtingskunde certification at Office Academy.
