Melissa Sylvain

Melissa Sylvain is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with a diverse background in clinical settings, currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Vitra Health since October 2017. In addition to this role, Melissa has been employed at Arbour Fuller Hospital since 2011, primarily on the Adolescent Unit, where responsibilities include managing the safety of up to 14 patients aged 12-18 with behavioral and psychological issues. Previous positions include working as a Psych Nurse with the PACT team at South Shore Mental Health and facilitating child care placements as an Intake Coordinator at VIP Childcare. Melissa's military experience includes serving as a Medic in the Army Reserve from April 1994 to April 2000. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from UMass Boston, along with other degrees in Health Sciences and Liberal Arts.
