Mileidys Bello

Mileidys Bello is a seasoned professional in product management and technical leadership with substantial experience spanning over three decades in the coatings and chemical industries. Currently serving as Technical Director and National Product Manager at Vitracoat, Inc. since November 2019, Mileidys oversees strategic planning for product registrations and launches while managing key regulatory metrics. Prior to this role, Mileidys was the Regulatory Manager at Stoller Group, contributing to global product registration strategies. Experience also includes positions at Axalta Coating Systems, where Mileidys led product stewardship efforts and improved project efficiencies, as well as a long tenure at DuPont Powder Coatings, focusing on new product development and compliance management. Mileidys holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
