Paul Conrardy

Paul Conrardy has over 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain management. Paul is currently the Director of Operations and Supply Chain at Vitrazza, where they are responsible for increasing production capacity and enabling revenue growth. Prior to this role, Paul was the Director of Operations at Vitrazza, where they oversaw production, logistics, and purchasing.

Before joining Vitrazza, Paul worked at Molson Coors Beverage Company as an Operations Business Senior Manager. In this role, they collaborated with cross-disciplinary teams to introduce new product development and line extensions. Paul also assessed supply chain capabilities and recommended future capital investments.

Paul's previous experience includes a role as Plant Superintendent at Rocky Mountain Bottle Company, where they fostered a positive culture and implemented lean process improvement methodologies. Paul also served as the Manager of Packaging at MillerCoors, where they directed packaging operations and oversaw continuous improvement initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Paul was the Brewery Logistics and Warehouse Business Group Manager at Coors Brewing Company. In this position, they led warehouse, transload, fork trucks, garage services, and tank car maintenance teams. Paul achieved a warehouse record of 511 safe days worked without an OSHA recordable incident.

Paul Conrardy has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Paul also has an XMBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in July 1998.
