Emilie Saïssay has a wide range of work experience spanning over 18 years. EMILIE started their career as an assistant brand manager at CWF in 2002, followed by a position as a product manager at Baby Dior in 2003. EMILIE then worked as a buyer at Maisons du Monde in 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they served as an export sales representative at Best Mountain. In 2008 and 2009, Emilie worked as a product development manager at Marwa. EMILIE then joined Bugaboo in 2010 as a responsible for commercial development. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a commercial and recruitment professional at Fidérim Antilles-Guyane. Emilie later became a sector manager at Marcolin Lamy mondottica from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they were a sophrologist and psychocorporal fitness professional at Sophrodanza et SEDAP. Currently, Emilie is the west commercial manager at Vitrinemedia, where they started in February 2019.

Emilie Saïssay attended EAC-Nantes (Audencia) from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in international commerce. In 2015, they enrolled in the Ecole de sophrologie caycédienne for an unspecified period. EMILIE furthered their education at the Société d'entraide et d'action psychologique SEDAP, where they obtained a degree as a trainer/consultant in the field of school and workplace violence and harassment. Emilie also pursued a role as a sports and psychocorporal leisure activities facilitator at UFOLEP, although the specific duration of this education is unknown. In 2023, they are expected to complete a professional title (Titre professionnel) in educational engineering at CAFOC Nantes, as well as another professional title in the field of training at CAFOC.
