Rafael Bellé

Rafael Bellé has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rafael is currently a Partner at TC since July 2020. Prior to this, they founded and served as a Board Member at Serena Group, a company focused on providing high-quality and personalized communication solutions to businesses. Rafael also founded and served as a Board Member at Sul Acrilicos, where they were actively involved in strategic development, project management, and new business prospecting. Rafael was also a Founder and Board Member at VitrineMedia Brazil, responsible for implementing and developing the business model in Brazil and Latin America. Additionally, Rafael worked as the Director of Sales at Prisma, from October 2021 to May 2023. Rafael also founded and served as the Director of OceanTech, a company specializing in the creation, manufacturing, and commercialization of filtration and temperature control systems for aquariums and marine aquaculture, from May 2006 to February 2012.

Rafael Bellé's education history began in 2006 when they enrolled at the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, where they studied Engineering Mecanica until their graduation in 2010. Following this, in 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at AMF for a duration of four years, completing their degree in 2016. During their time at AMF, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Administration, Negócios e Marketing from 2014 to 2015. In 2018, Rafael attended HEC Paris, where they completed an Executive Digital Transformation Program in the field of Administração, Negócios e Marketing.
