Grace Beck

Grace Beck has a background in engineering and food product development. From January 2021 to November 2022, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Montana State University Food Product Development Lab, where they conducted a life cycle analysis on lentil and wheat pasta. Grace also communicated with growers to estimate the impact of growing lentils and wheat. From June 2022 to April 2023, they worked as a Fermentation Process Operator at Meati. Currently, since March 2023, they hold the position of Engineering Associate at VitriVax.

Grace Beck attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 2018 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
