Jón Sigurdsson

Jón Sigurdsson is the current Chairman at Vitrolife. Jón has also served as a Board Member for Viðskiptaráð Íslands - Iceland Chamber of Commerce, Reykjavik University, and Össur. In addition, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Álafoss from January 1989 to December 1991. From January 1992 to December 1996, they served as the Commercial Counselor for the Icelandic Trade Council in New York. Prior to that, they were the Head of the International Division at Eimskip from January 1986 to December 1989. Jón Sigurdsson began their career as an Engineer for Bang and Olufsen from January 1982 to December 1984.

Jón Sigurdsson pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Alliant International University in the field of Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial Engineering at Odense Technical College in Denmark.
