Kim Kristiansen

Kim Kristiansen currently serves as Engineering Manager for R&D at Vitrolife, a company that provides innovative solutions for optimal care throughout the IVF journey, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Kim owned Kristiansen Consulting, specializing in change leadership and project management from January 2023 to January 2024. A significant tenure at DALI A/S spanned over two decades, where Kim held positions including Director of Innovation, responsible for strategy and product launches, and R&D Manager, focusing on customer-centric development. Earlier career experience includes project management at Sonion, area management at Scan-Speak A/S, and R&D engineering at Vifa.
