Siew Wei Foong

Siew Wei Foong is a Mechanical Design Engineer at ViTrox Corporation Berhad since August 2019, specializing in the development of customized machine vision light sources tailored to customer specifications and conducting performance checks on these products. Prior experience includes a role as an Electronic Engineer at NI (National Instruments) in the summer of 2018, where Siew Wei Foong designed and simulated low pass filter circuits. As a Research Assistant at UTM from June 2017 to June 2018, Siew Wei Foong co-invented a portable ECG module, contributing to circuit design and user-friendly casing development. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technician at DF Automation & Robotics, focusing on PCB assembly and AGV robot mechanical assembly. Siew Wei Foong holds a First Class Honours Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical - Mechatronics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, awarded in June 2019.
