Alisa Kosmakova

Alisa Kosmakova is a seasoned UX/UI and product designer with extensive experience in leading design processes across various digital platforms. Currently serving as a UX/UI designer at Vitrue Health since August 2023 and concurrently at Sticky Goals since April 2022, Alisa has successfully launched a to-do mobile app that received an impressive average rating of 4.7. Previous experience includes designing a digital coaching mobile app that achieved an 86% user adoption rate, and developing concepts for multiple digital products while at League Design Agency. At Artkai, Alisa contributed to the successful launch of a banking app for over 40,000 users through extensive user research. As the founder of Maemo, a peer-to-peer renting platform, Alisa tackled user trust challenges by creating secure user flows. Alisa's earlier role at Playtika as HR Business Partner and Recruitment Lead involved managing recruitment processes and aligning efforts with business objectives. Alisa holds a Master's degree with honors in Information Security from Dnipro University of Technology.
