The People and Performance team at Vitruvi™ Software is tasked with optimizing the overall performance and well-being of its employees. Led by the VP of People Services, this team develops and implements strategies for employee engagement, training, and development. They ensure the alignment of individual and organizational goals through performance management systems, professional development programs, and the creation of a supportive work environment. The Training Specialist focuses on equipping employees with the skills necessary to excel in their roles, while the EOS | People & Performance Playbook Executive oversees the execution of operational and strategic initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and satisfaction.
