Edward Foxon

Edward Foxon currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Legal Counsel at Vitruvian Partners, a position held since April 2021, after progressing through roles as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel within the same firm. Prior to this, Edward gained valuable experience at Kirkland & Ellis as an Associate focused on Financial Services Regulatory from April 2018 to April 2021. Earlier in the career, Edward worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, beginning as a Trainee and advancing to an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group from August 2013 to April 2018. Edward holds a degree from the University of Cambridge, attained between 2008 and 2011.
