Chiara Segalini Dyer

Chiara Segalini Dyer is the Director of Finance and HR - North America at Vittoria Group since October 2012. She relocated to OKC from Massachusetts in June 2020. Chiara oversees financial planning and analysis, management of key third-party relationships, and compliance with regulatory bodies. She also manages cash flow, corporate governance, human resource management, and implements processes to increase efficiency. Additionally, she provides financial and legal guidance on contracts and agreements. Prior to her current role, Chiara worked as a Group Financial Controller, consolidating budgets and financial reports for accurate group financial reporting, and as a Financial Controller - North America, preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance. She previously served as a Supply Chain Logistics Manager at 3T Cycling from March 2009 to August 2012. Chiara is an MBA Candidate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
