Alexander Whatley is a seasoned asset management professional with extensive experience in overseeing affordable and low-income housing properties. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Vitus since March 2021, Alexander manages a portfolio of 24 properties comprising 2,600 units across several states including Georgia and Florida. Previously, as an Asset Manager at Providence Community Housing from May 2015 to February 2021, responsibilities included supervising financial performance and budgeting for over 1,100 affordable housing units in New Orleans. Alexander also gained experience as a Project Coordinator at the Greater New Orleans Housing Alliance and completed a Land Use Internship with the City of New Orleans. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Studio Art from the University of South Alabama.
