Steve Kennedy

Steve Kennedy is the Executive Managing Director at VIUM Capital, having founded and led the firm in providing capital funding for seniors housing and healthcare sectors. Prior to this role, Kennedy served as Senior Managing Director at Lancaster Pollard for nearly two decades. With a BA in Economics & Political Science from Denison University and an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Kennedy also completed the Stagen Leadership Academy's Integral Leadership Program in 2019. Additionally, Steve gained early professional experience as an intern at The Office of Senator Richard G. Lugar during their time at Denison University.
