Adora Luster

Adora Luster, MPS, MSOD, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in the Executive Office at VIVA Creative and has also held various executive assistant roles, including positions related to the CEO and Head of Production. In addition to current responsibilities at VIVA Creative, Adora Luster is a Project Manager at HANG Media. Previous roles include serving as an Organizational Development Consultant at Bowie State University and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Member at Yoga Heights. Adora Luster has a strong background in executive support, having worked at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation and ACI Specialty Benefits among others. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University, a Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
