Luis Cifuentes

Luis Cifuentes, PMP®, has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Luis currently works as the HSSE Lead for Vic/Tas Operations at Viva Energy Australia. Prior to this, they held roles at ExxonMobil, including Maintenance & Reliability Manager and Project Manager/Regulatory Lead for ExxonMobil Aviation International. Luis also worked as an Execution Program Manager and Project Manager in the Environmental Services division at ExxonMobil. Before joining ExxonMobil, Luis served as a Regional HSE Advisor and Management of Change Coordinator at INGEMEL. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, environmental services, and HSE advisement.

Luis Cifuentes, PMP®, has a Master of Engineering Project Management degree from the University of Melbourne, obtained in 2005. In addition, they hold a Fire-Fighting Protection Diploma from the Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar, earned in 2000. Luis also earned a Mechanical Engineer degree from the Universidad de Los Andes, completed between 1986 and 1991. Luis has also obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
