Robert Martinelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Robert started their career in 1993 as a Lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills, where they remained until 1997. In 1997, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Tax Manager and worked there until 2005. Following that, they worked at Shell as a Senior Tax Advisor from 2005 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Viva Energy Australia, where they served in multiple roles including Head of Tax, Head of Tax and Procurement, and currently, they hold the position of Head of Group Finance, which they have been in since July 2023.
Robert Martinelli attended the University of Melbourne from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Additionally, from 1988 to 1990, they also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at the same university. No specific field of study was provided for either degree.
