Philip Markwalter

Philip Markwalter is currently the Head of Loan Servicing at VIVA Finance, with previous experience as a Brokerage Intern at JLL. During their internship at Dewberry Capital Corporation, Philip worked on financial models for real estate acquisitions and presented findings on potential tenants. Philip also interned at Senator David Perdue's office, where Philip participated in meetings and addressed constituent concerns. Philip has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Alabama.
