Prior experience includes a tenure at Casamba from September 2002 to April 2021, where roles included Client Services Director, Client Services Manager, Business Analyst, and Training Specialist, overseeing a support department and optimizing processes for client satisfaction. Carla began their career as a Computer Software Trainer at Hunter Systems, focusing on school administrative software, and spent several years as a Mathematics Teacher at a private middle and high school.
