Kiran Kumar Chava

Kiran Kumar Chava has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Kiran Kumar began their career as an IT Recruiter at Resilient Software Consultants in 2004. In this role, they worked with clients such as IBM, Covansys, and Cognizant. After a year, they joined Brahma Consulting Services Inc as a Sr. Recruiter, where they handled the full recruitment cycle and utilized various search tools to source candidates.

In 2007, Kiran joined ObjectWin Technology, Inc. as a Team Lead, managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the recruitment process. Kiran Kumar was responsible for sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

In 2011, Kiran joined VIVA USA INC as a Resource Manager. In this role, they played a hybrid role of client account coordination and branch operations management, overseeing a team of 70 recruiters.
