Nandhini Devi

Nandhini Devi has work experience as a Technical Recruiter at Viva since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, pre-screening, conducting interviews, coordinating technical/managerial interviews, and negotiating pay. Nandhini has successfully resourced candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions. Prior to this, they worked as an Intern at GyanMatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd in 2018, where they gained knowledge about Full Stack Development and worked with tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node JS, Express JS, and MYSQL.
