Arash Gilan is a prominent leader in the digital marketing sector, currently serving as the CEO and Co-founder of Viva Media, one of Scandinavia's top digital full-service agencies since June 2014. Gilan is also a podcast host, discussing various aspects of business building with industry leaders and experts. In addition to their role at Viva, Gilan acts as Huvudman for Hjärt-Lungfonden, overseeing the highest decision-making body of the nonprofit organization. Since 2016, Gilan has contributed regular columns to Breakit, focusing on trends and innovations in the business landscape. Previous experience includes positions as Google Agency Coach, CEO at MediaView Sverige AB, and MXM Com, as well as earlier roles in production and project management. Gilan holds a degree in Business Management from IHM Business School, with education completed at Uppsala University.

Viva Media Group AB was established in June 2014 through a merger of the three agencies; MediaView, MediaAnalys and Kenzaku. We became one of the Nordic Countries’ largest media agency overnight with 130 employees, over 2000 customers, a turnover of about 200 million SEK, and all of a sudden had local offices in Uppsala, Kalmar, Stockholm, Malmö,Gothenburg and Linköping.
