Katerina Kechrologou serves as the Service Delivery & IT Governance Director at Viva.com since April 2022, driving IT project delivery and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. With extensive experience at OTE Group of Companies, Katerina played crucial roles such as Senior IT & Technology Manager and Director of Project Strategy & Delivery, overseeing digital transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. Previous positions include Senior Customer Relationship Management Consultant at INTRASOFT International, where Katerina delivered CRM consulting for international clients, and roles at Cognity S.A. and Byte Computer S.A. contributing to CRM systems and billing solutions. Katerina holds an MSc in Economics and Administration of Telecommunication Networks and a BSc in Informatics & Telecommunications from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
