Stefanos Vyzikidis

Stefanos Vyzikidis is an experienced professional in the fields of incident management, project strategy, and cloud engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Incident Management at Viva.com since January 2024, Stefanos previously held the position of Senior Manager, Cloud Engineer at Pfizer from January 2022 to December 2023. From August 2015 to January 2022, Stefanos worked at OTE Group of Companies in various roles, including as part of the Fintech Growth Center and as a Systems Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at Pierides TechnoSystems Ltd., where Stefanos was involved in technical pre-sales, project management, and the delivery of large-scale Broadcast/IT projects in Greece and Cyprus. Education includes a Master of Science in Information Systems from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the University of Piraeus.
