Roger Morgan began their career in 1995 as a Sheet Metal Worker at TROX UK Ltd. In 1997 they moved to Stable Fabrication Ltd where they worked as a Fabricator/TIG Welder producing fine limit sheet metal work and high quality TIG welded components. In 2001 they joined Aero Tec Laboratories Ltd as a Fabricator/TIG Welder and was responsible for producing uprights, wishbones, trailing arms, sub-frames, radiators, collectors, tanks and historic race car chassis repairs. Roger was then promoted to Engineering Workshop Team Leader and Internal Supply Manager, scheduling all work to meet production deadlines and recruiting and training additional staff to TIG weld to a very high standard. In 2017, they joined Vivacity Labs as the Head of Manufacturing and Workshop Manager, where they were responsible for a dedicated team of CNC machinists and fabricator/TIG welders, producing fuel related components to strict deadlines.
Roger Morgan's education history consists of three components. Roger attended Fakenham High School from 1981 to 1986, followed by Fakenham Sixth Form from 1986 to 1987, and College of West Anglia from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Design and Applied Arts. In addition, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including IOSH Managing Safely from IOSH in August 2021, Authorising Officer from Highway Electrical Association (HEA), Certificate Examination from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust, ECS Invigilator from Highway Electrical Association (HEA), and First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance.
