Andrew Carter has extensive work experience in the media industry, with their most recent role being the CEO of PMX EMEA at Publicis Media. Prior to this, they held various positions at Publicis Media, including Head of Trading PMX - APAC & EMEA and Head of Trading PMX APAC. Before joining Publicis Media, Andrew worked at GroupM, where they served as President of GroupM Trading and President of Investment Management GroupM Trading. Andrew also held the position of National Head of Tactical Planning at GroupM. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Mindshare as Managing Director and National Head of Tactical Planning, and at OMD UK as a Television Media Buyer.

Andrew Carter attended the University of Greenwich from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies. In 2012, they also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
