Tyler Nelson, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting. As the Chief Financial Officer at VIVAKOR, Tyler structured a $120M acquisition and managed a $220M merger. In their previous role at LBL Professional Consulting, Inc., Tyler built a partner book of $500K in annual revenue and provided CFO services to various companies. With a background in audit and enterprise risk services at Deloitte LLP and KSJG, LLP, Tyler has a strong foundation in financial analysis. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
