Rick Intrater

Rick Intrater is the Founding Board Chair at KIPP Bay Area, one of three board members overseeing real estate purchases of school sites. Rick is also a Partner and Managing Director at Vivaldi Capital Management, having merged Long-Term Solutions into the company in 2017. Previously, Rick served as President & CEO of Long-Term Solutions dba LTS Capital Advisors, assisting families with wealth management. Rick was also a National Trustee for Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Chairman of the San Francisco chapter. Earlier in their career, Rick was Managing Principal at Mullin Consulting and Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers. Rick started their career as a Financial Analyst at the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
