Bianca Mariën

Bianca Mariën has extensive experience in the payroll and recruitment sectors, currently serving as Teamleader External Payroll at Vivaldis since October 2010, focusing on the accurate payment of wages for temporary workers and the improvement of internal processes related to social legislation. Previous roles at Vivaldis include Administration Officer, Team Coach Project, Office Manager, and Consultant, where responsibilities ranged from managing payroll operations to enhancing customer relations and recruiting suitable candidates. Prior to Vivaldis, Bianca worked as a Customer Care Advisor at Telenet from January 2007 to September 2010, contributing to the launch of the Telenet Mobile project and providing technical support to customers. Bianca holds educational qualifications from Hoge School Antwerpen and KTA Willebroek, acquired between 2003 and 2006.
