Manon Goertz

Manon Goertz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare sector. Manon is currently serving as a member of the board of directors at Vivantes Zorggroep, a healthcare organization specializing in elderly care. Previously, they were the chairman of the Regional Taskforce Wachttijden Zuid Limburg and a board member of Coöperatie De Nieuwe GGZ.

Prior to these roles, Manon held multiple positions at Zuyderland, including RVE Manager GGZ, Manager Jeugdgezondheidszorg 0-4, RVE manager GGZ a.i., and Unitmanager GGZ Kinderen & Jeugdigen en Ouderenzorg. Manon also served as the district chairman at Rode Kruis Nederland and a member of the executive board at Zuyderland JGZ.

Manon's work experience also includes positions at Mondriaan, where they served as a unit manager in the adult care division, and at MKT Overbunde as a pedagogical counselor. Their career highlights their expertise in healthcare management and their dedication to improving healthcare services in various settings.

Manon Goertz began their education in 1991 at College Rolduc, where they completed their VWO degree in 1997. Following this, they attended Hogeschool Maastricht from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening. In 2001, they pursued Comparative Social European Studies, obtaining an MA from the University of North London/Hogeschool Maastricht. From 2003 to 2007, Manon studied Gezondheidswetenschappen, Beleid en Management at Maastricht University, earning a drs. degree. In 2013, they attended Studiecentrum voor Bedrijf en Overheid to gain insights into jeugd GGZ and jeugd LVB. In 2016, they pursued a Master of Health Administration at TIAS School for Business and Society, completing it in 2017. In 2019, Manon enrolled in the Executiveprogramma, "Wijsheid in Leiderschap," at Comenius Leergangen. Manon later completed an Externe Auditorenopleidng at NIAZ in 2019. Their most recent educational endeavor is a post-opleiding in Verbindend Leiderschap at UMIO, Maastricht University, which they started in 2022 and is expected to finish in 2023.
