Matthew Rathbone-Walters has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Matthew started their career at SSE plc in 2008 as a Customer Service Advisor, where they handled customer issues and provided assistance with utility accounts. Matthew then joined PACSON Valves in 2014 as a Data Analyst/ICT, responsible for extracting and reporting data and developing systems for information flow within the business. In 2017, Matthew moved to EMIS Health as a 2nd Line Service Delivery Analyst, providing technical support and advice to both internal and external customers and managing web hosted services. Currently, Matthew is working at Vivantio as a CRM Systems Manager, where they support internal business users and oversees the development and maintenance of internal company systems, ensuring smooth integration and efficient collaboration across various teams involved in the customer journey.

Matthew Rathbone-Walters graduated from the University of the Highlands and Islands in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences. In addition to their degree, they obtained two IT service management certifications from PeopleCert. In May 2018, they received the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, followed by the ITIL® Practitioner Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in February 2019.
