Kristi Dixon

Kristi Dixon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Vivaticket since February 2016, Kristi is responsible for engineering the Revenue Recognition module using Delphi Sydney and SQL Server 2019 to improve financial data management. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Fiserv, where Kristi developed compliance documentation modules and reports using Crystal Reports and MS SQL. Kristi also held a Senior Software Engineer position at QBE FIRST, focusing on system reliability and the development of various Crystal Reports. Earlier in Kristi's career, as a Client Server Programmer Analyst II at Windsor Group, responsibilities included designing GUIs and developing middle-tier business objects. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, earned between 1988 and 1996.
