Mette Deding is an experienced professional in the field of social research and welfare, currently serving as Vicedirektør, Udviklingsdirektør, Konstitueret direktør, and Forskingschef for Udsatte børn, dagtilbud og skole at VIVE – Det Nationale Forsknings- og Analysecenter for Velfærd since July 2017. Prior to this, Mette Deding held various leadership roles at SFI - The Danish National Centre for Social Research from November 2007 to June 2017, including Forskningschef for the Department of Udsatte børn, dagtilbud og skole. Mette Deding's academic background includes a PhD in economics from Aarhus University and participation in the Executive Management Programme in Strategy and Leadership at INSEAD.
