Kelly Gasper, CMCA, has an extensive background in property management and operations, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the HOA Division at Vive Real Estate since August 2019. Previously held titles include General Manager and Community Manager at Vive Real Estate, as well as Project Manager at CIDology and Property Supervisor at Carolyn M. Young Fiduciary Services. In these roles, Kelly Gasper has been responsible for the management of client construction projects and ensuring property needs are met. Early career experience includes assisting patients at Action Physical Therapy. Kelly Gasper obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2013.
