Karim Ayari

Karim Ayari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, strategy, and financial operations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Strategy at Vivendi since 2009, Karim has also held significant leadership roles such as Director of Financial Operations at Editis in 2023, CEO of See Tickets Continental Europe from 2018 to 2022, and CEO of Watchever Group from 2014 to 2018. Additional experience includes roles as M&A Director and in internal audit and special projects, as well as contributions as a board member at Dailymotion from 2015 to 2022 and a member of the Digital Transformation Committee at PRISA from 2021 to 2023. Karim's educational background includes an MBA in Finance & Strategy from London Business School and another MBA from Hitotsubashi ICS, complemented by an engineering degree from École nationale des ponts et chaussées.
