Dr. Debra Endean is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently a retired executive at Vivent Health since March 2018, Dr. Endean previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin from February 2013 to June 2022. Prior to that, Dr. Endean held significant positions at ProHealth Care, including Laboratory Director and Director of Diagnostic Services from 2007 to February 2013, and served as Vice President of Diagnostic Labs at BloodCenter of Wisconsin from 1989 to 2006. Dr. Endean holds a PhD in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/French Literature from Lake Forest College, along with a high school diploma from Deerfield High School.

For more than 30 years, the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Saint Louis Effort for AIDS, Rocky Mountain CARES and AIDS Services of Austin have been leaders in the fight against HIV. We are excited to now be Vivent Health, a name that better reflects our leading role in helping people and communities thrive. Our new name moves beyond the geographic-based names of the past and outdated models of care to a modern and inclusive name that recognizes the nationally-renowned treatment we provide to people living with HIV. While we are changing our name, our core values will never change and our commitment to being a relentless provider of HIV care and treatment will always be the same. Vivent Health is committed to meeting the evolving needs of our patients, clients and the HIV epidemic.
