Ryan Cox

Ryan Cox is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology and education, currently serving as Assistant Professor, Director of Student Success, and Adjunct Instructor at Kansas City University since January 2019. Additionally, Ryan holds the position of Executive Board Representative at Vivent Health since June 2021. Previous experience includes roles at Truman Medical Centers as Program Manager for Infectious Diseases and as Behavioral Health Director for the LGBTQ Specialty Clinic, and as Clinical Psychologist in the Oncology Clinic, as well as academic positions at UMKC School of Medicine and Avila University. Ryan's expertise also extends to various leadership roles, including Executive Board President at Thrive Health Connection and Board Member at the AIDS Services Foundation of Kansas City. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University.
