Trish Santos

Trish Santos is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Employer Branding Senior Specialist for the APAC, ANZ, and India regions at Western Union since April 2024. Previously, Trish held the position of Marketing and Communications Senior Manager at Viventis Search Asia from October 2020, leading recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns for various clients and launching new services such as Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding Consultancy. Trish has also been involved with Viventis in multiple roles, including Marketing Communications Manager and Specialist, where strategic marketing initiatives and digital transformation were key focuses. Prior experience includes serving as Advertising and Corporate Affairs Manager at 1-TEAM and initiating significant marketing advancements within Viventis. Trish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Marketing and Communications from the University of Asia and the Pacific and is pursuing an MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
