Adrien Destugues

Adrien Destugues has diverse work experience in the technology industry. Adrien began their career as a Software Developer & Open Source Advocate at Viveris Technologies in 2015, where they worked on various projects related to satellite communications and IoT. In addition to software development, they also managed the company's open source efforts and contributed patches to various projects.

Prior to that, Adrien worked as a Software Development Engineer at Haiku Operating System starting from 2008. During their time there, they played a significant role in developing several parts of the system and coordinating important releases. Additionally, they mentored students for various programs aimed at promoting software development.

Adrien also has experience as an Embedded System Integration Engineer at HEIGHWAY PINBALL LIMITED. During their tenure, they worked on integrating components and building a Linux-based distribution using Yocto/OpenEmbedded. Adrien also contributed to the multimedia aspects of the pinball system, focusing on SDL2 and GStreamer.

Before joining HEIGHWAY PINBALL LIMITED, Adrien worked as an Embedded Software Developer at IS2T from 2011 to 2013. Their responsibilities included porting Java virtual machines to various platforms and developing a plug-in for prototyping graphical interfaces.

Additionally, Adrien gained software development experience during their internship at LKS in 2008.
