Aurélien Bresson has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Aurélien started their career as a Stagiaire Ressources Humaines at Caisse d'Epargne Languedoc Roussillon in 2012, where they were responsible for CV sorting, recruitment organization, and contract management. In 2013, they worked as a Stagiaire Commercial / Ressources Humaines at Panda Services Montpellier, where they focused on commercial prospecting, candidate search, and recruitment advertising. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Chargé de Recrutement [Alternance] at Adecco, handling tasks such as contract management, recruitment processes, and candidate file management. In 2018, they took a PVT in Nouvelle-Zélande, and in 2019, they joined Recherches et Horizons - R&H as a Chargé de recrutement. Currently, they are serving as a Chargé de Recrutement IT at Viveris, a position they have held since 2023.

Aurélien Bresson completed a Bachelor of International Business Administration degree from Montpellier Business School from 2011 to 2015. Their field of study during this time included Ressources Humaines, Marketing, and Management. Aurélien then continued their education at Montpellier Business School and obtained a Master Grande Ecole degree in D?veloppement des ressources humaines from 2015 to 2017.
