Andrea Buscaglia

Andrea Buscaglia is the current Director at Vivesto. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Endosense from November 2009 to October 2012. While at Endosense, they were responsible for a number of tasks, including the preparation of annual reports, budgeting and financial planning, investor relations, and preparing the company for a possible exit. In August 2013, Endosense was acquired by St. Jude Medical for a cash consideration of CHF 309m. In April 2016, St. Jude Medical was in turn acquired by medtech group Abbott Laboratories for a total equity value of USD 25bn.

Andrea Buscaglia received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi. Andrea also holds a certification from the Securities and Futures Authority ("SFA") of the United Kingdom and a certification from the University of Genova in Dottore Commercialista (Italy).
