Erin Chance

Erin Chance currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at VIVEX Biologics since June 2019, having previously held the title of Assistant General Counsel at the same organization. In addition, Erin Chance has been a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation since December 2022. Prior to these roles, Erin Chance was the owner of Chance Law LLC from October 2012 to November 2019, focusing on general corporate law practice and served as an associate in the Securities and Franchising Group at Kilpatrick Stockton between June 1998 and April 2001, specializing in public and private offerings for corporations and banks. Erin Chance obtained a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Georgia in 1999 after completing an AB in English at the same institution in 1995.
