Prateek Jindal has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles.

Starting from 2007, they worked at Samsung India Software Operations as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer.

In 2010, they joined CPA Global as a Patent Analyst and was promoted to Senior Patent Analyst in 2011.

From 2012 to 2015, Prateek worked at Beacon Innovation Group, initially as a Senior Research Analyst and later as an Assistant Manager. Prateek then returned to Beacon Innovation Group in 2016 as the Manager of Technology Research and Client Services.

In 2016, they also worked at Monash College as a Learning Environments Analyst, where they were responsible for projects related to learning analytics and learning technologies. Prateek later became the Manager of Learning Environments & Analytics, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of learning analytics dashboards and other technology projects. Prateek was briefly appointed as the Executive Director of Learning Innovation as well.

Currently, Prateek is working at Vivi as a Business Intelligence Manager, where they are responsible for creating the enterprise data strategy, implementing data warehouse architecture, and setting up the BI capabilities for a subscription-based business. Prateek has also introduced Power BI as a self-service, enterprise data visualization tool and improved upon the company's reporting capabilities.

Prateek Jindal has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. Prateek is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from UNSW, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, Prateek has obtained a certification in Learning Technologies Leadership Institute from Australasian Council for Online and Distance Education (ACODE) in August 2019. Prateek also holds certifications in Advanced Course on Intellectual Property Management from the World Intellectual Property Organization and ITIL Foundation from EXIN.
