Amanda Newill has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at VIVID, a social housing provider and housing developer, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of HR Business Partner at First Wessex from January 2010 to February 2023, contributing to strategic HR functions within the organization.
